覺得 Blog 應該要有可以訂閱 Comments 的功能, 所以加上了
Subscribe to Comments 2.0
這個功能. 安裝非常的簡單

1. subscribe-to-comments.php 放到 plugin 目錄
2. wp-subscription-manager.php 放到 Blog 的根目錄
3. 在 Plugin 內 Active 這個 Plugin

這樣就大功告成
