在單一的系統要用 4TB Memory , 1024 顆 Intel Dual-Core Itanium(R) 2 processor , 240TB HDD, 可以提供 13.1 TFLOPs 的運算能力
重點是要跑在單一的 Linux 上….
這一台系統大概可以排到世界前 200 名吧.
剛剛查了一下, 才發現用 Linux 的 Top500 還真多, 佔了 77.8%

還有我很想問, 可不可以換 Core 2 Quad, 馬上變成 4096 顆核心, 應該可以擠到前 100 名
