Wordpress 好久沒有升級了, 距離上一次升級己經是 2.3.3 的年代了.
新的後台不太習慣, 不過看起來舒服許多, 版面的編排也比較好.
可能還要一些時間去習慣吧, 至於前台還是因為 Theme 的關係, 沒有什麼很大的變化就是了.

照慣例.
順手稍稍調整了一下版面配置, 加上以下的 Plugin.
PlugInstaller : 自動 Download/Update Wordpress Plugin
Wordpress Thread Comment : 讓我可以針對某個 Comment 做 Reply
Twitter widget : 將 Twitter 顯示在 Blog 上, 不過速度似乎有點慢呀.

終於將 Wordpress 升級到 2.3.1, 順便整理了一下目前的 Plugin.
K2 Theme 也換掉了,  希望能有一些新氣象
不過新版 Related Post 怪怪的, 都是顯示 %comment% 等參數, 有空再來修….
總之有換就有進步~ (真駝鳥的想法)

我的 Blog 一開始就是自己架的, 之前放的機器是 PIII-700*2 + 1G RAM. 開啟要花大概 15 秒以上. 當時不以為意, 所以就偷吃步, 改用 WP-Cache, 加上了以後, 大概就是 5 秒上下, 應該是可以接受的 Performance 了.
不過這根本不是問題的根源呀

昨天  小明長輩(前面要空格致敬, URL 也要含空格)抱怨本人的 Blog 字都疊在一起.
小弟緊急將字型恢復成預設值. 不過那個換頁的似乎還是怪怪的, 呃…. 算了. 現在還在客戶端 Support , 沒有空弄.
順手將 Spam Karma 2.3 RC1 換上去, 我是從 Spam Karma 2.2 升級的, 記得 Reinit module 更新 SQL Database.

現在發現升級以後寫篇 Blog 是好事, 這樣就知道升級到那邊了….
這次是 Security Update….

如果看得到這一篇 POST , 表示現在是看到新的 Blog 了.
我會暫時放在 ADSL(Hinet 4M/1M 固定 IP) 上看看效能會不會變得太差.
同時間更換的還有 PHP 4.4 -> PHP 5.1 and MySQL 4.0 -> 5.0 .
和原先的不太一樣, 其他的東西我也會一點一點搬過來.
搬家的過程中, 順便也將 Wordpress 更新到 2.1.0 , 看起來應該也沒有什麼問題.

一口氣從 2.0.5 升級到 2.0.7 ….
果然不要太快升是正確的, 免得事情做二次 XD
有在用 2.0.5/2.0.6 的人也要快升級, 這次是有 Security Hole ……
Security fix for wp_unregister_GLOBALS() to work around the zend_hash_del_key_or_index bug in PHP 4 versions less than 4.4.3 and PHP 5 versions less than 5.1.4 with register_globals set to “On.”
