Update CentOS 8.x to stream

# check the CentOS version 
more /etc/centos-release
# Step 2 
# Upgrade to CentOS Stream
sudo dnf in centos-release-stream
# Step 3 
# Migrate to CentOS Stream 
sudo dnf swap centos-linux-repos centos-stream-repos
# Step 4
# reboot
sudo reboot
